Privacy notice
2026-10-22
This notice explains how SQPK Nexus GP, LLC, for itself and on behalf of SQPK Nexus, LP ("we", "us") handles personal data in connection with nexus.squareparkcapital.com (the "site") and inquiries about NEXUS. Our address is 1632 1st Ave, Suite 21038, New York, NY 10028, United States. You can reach us about privacy at ioana@helloholt.com.
What the site collects. The site has no forms, no accounts and no advertising or tracking cookies. When you visit, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., receives the technical data any website receives: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time. We use it to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Country and language. Vercel estimates your country from your IP address. We use that country only to choose the site's language (visitors from Mexico see Spanish first) and to show a notice to visitors from countries where the investment information is restricted. We don't store the country or use it for anything else.
Cookies. The site sets at most two cookies, both first-party and needed for features you use:
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
nexus_lang |
Remembers the language you picked, set only when you use the language switch | 1 year |
nexus_ack |
Remembers that you confirmed the investor notice for your region (mx, eu or uk) | 180 days |
You can delete them in your browser at any time. The site will then ask again or use the default language.
When you contact us. If you call, message on WhatsApp, or email Ioana Holt, we receive what you send, such as your name, phone number, email address and message. Ioana's email is hosted by HOLT, our affiliate that will operate the hotel, and WhatsApp is run by Meta under its own terms. We use your contact data to answer you and, if you are interested in investing, to send you the offering documents.
If you invest. To accept an investment, U.S. and Mexican law require us to verify your identity and your status as an accredited, institutional or qualified investor, and to run anti-money-laundering checks. That involves financial information such as tax returns, account statements or letters from your adviser. We collect it only through the subscription process, with your express consent, and we give you a separate privacy notice with the subscription documents.
Why we use personal data, and on what basis. To deliver and secure the site (our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website). To answer your inquiries and send documents you ask for (your request, and steps before a possible agreement). To verify investors and meet legal obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell or rent personal data, share it for cross-context advertising, or use it for automated decisions about you.
Who receives it. Vercel (hosting), HOLT (email and investor communications), and, if you invest, the Fund's administrator, legal counsel, accountants and verification providers, each only for those purposes. We may disclose data where the law requires it. We don't transfer personal data to third parties for their own purposes. Under Mexican law, sharing with our service providers (encargados) and with affiliates under common control does not require your consent; if that ever changes, we will ask for it.
Where it is processed. Mainly in the United States. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, transfers to Vercel rely on the standard contractual clauses in Vercel's data processing addendum.
How long we keep it. Server logs: for the limited period Vercel retains them. Inquiries that don't lead to an investment: up to three years after our last contact. Investor records: for as long as the Fund exists and afterwards as long as tax, securities and anti-money-laundering laws require.
Your rights. Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or limit its use, receive a copy in a portable format, or withdraw consent you gave. In Mexico these are your ARCO rights (acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición) under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties; the Spanish notice explains how to exercise them. Send any request to ioana@helloholt.com with your name, how to reach you, and what you are asking for. We will respond within 20 days, and sooner where your local law requires. Requests are free. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner's Office. In Mexico the authority is the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
Do Not Track. The site does not track visitors across websites, so it responds to browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals the same way it treats every visitor.
Children. The site is for adult investors and is not directed at anyone under 18.
Changes. We will post any change here and update the date above. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will tell you before it applies.
